Coaching as unique as your leadership
No two leaders are the same and you will be facing unique challenges and opportunities.
How I approach our work together will adapt depending on what you need, with three core elements:
Awareness
Building your awareness of what is happening around you, for you and for others. I meet you where you are currently, supporting you to build deeper awareness of your leadership style.
Practical
Exploring practical tools, skills and test new approaches. Together we will develop your capacity to respond differently and grow as a leader.
Root causes
Identifying underlying causes or patterns at play so you can thrive as a leader in the long term.
Our work together may incorporate resilience models, concepts and living systems and adaptive challenges, constellations, strategy development, group relations and team coaching.
Where needed, I may also explore creative and philosophical methodologies.
However we approach our work, the key is helping you to deepen your understanding of what is happening, to see more and to grow as a leader. I use models that are best suited to you and your goals.

The Leadership Centre
For nearly the last two decades the Leadership Centre has been at the forefront of leadership development in the public sector. I have worked with them on leadership development programmes including one of the first and most comprehensive developments of how to work across a place on a “wicked” problem like obesity, fragility, and reoffending. I have remained a contributor to the Leadership Centre in various capacities since 2006.

Canopy
Jake and Hannah from Canopy are two of my favourite people to work with, and they are Social Imagination (SI) experts. They are innovative, knowledgeable, and deeply soulful humans. We are currently working on an SI programme to look at changing stuck systemic patterns to solve deep entrenched challenges and unlock potential with local communities and organisations.
